Winter is Dumbing is the 15th episode of the sixteenth season of Family Guy. It is the 383rd episode, overall.
Synopsis[]
A snowstorm takes Quahog by ... storm and snows in all of Quahog, with it effecting multiple people.
Plot[]
A surprise snowstorm comes by Quahog and the episode shows through multiple ways how it affects the citizens. Peter prepares for a nice relaxing time off work, despite the fact Lois tells him he almost never goes to work. While he's fine with this at first, the snowstorm cutting down the power leaves Peter to experience cabin fever (not helping he ate all the food rations in his cabin fever)
Stewie gets stuck at Doug's house and is unable to get home, so he thinks its a good time to grow his friendship with Doug. As Stewie hangs with Doug more and more, he finds that being with Doug for so long isn't as neat as he planned and decides to abandon the ship and trek home alone.
Bruce uses this chance to cook winter-themed dishes for his boyfriend Jeffery.
Cleveland boards up the house, but has trouble trying to decide whether to venture outside to shovel his driveway. With him anxiously checking the weather reports while his family watches in amusement. And Donna calms Cleveland down by reminding him they don't need to be anywhere today and it will be there tomorrow.

Carol talks Adam West into spending the winter storm in bed. As Adam tries to make things more interesting, he decides to put on some Hallmark channel Christmas movies and the two use a Hallmark movie bingo card.
