William Smith is the husband of Tiana Smith and the father of Alexandria Smith, he is a 2 job working man who always comes home in 10:32 PM. His relationship with Riley Parker is that he always treats him like he is his son, he has seen Riley's brother once during their father's funeral. He would sometimes bring gifts and food to Riley, ever since he came on the very first episode of Family Guy, Tiana would sometimes lecture her husband for being so late all the time.
