Wallace "Wally" is a veteran, who fought alongside Dan Quagmire in Iraq. He appeared in "Quagmire's Dad".

Wally served in the Iraq war and fought alongside, Dan Quagmire. It is implied that they had a homosexual relationship at the time.
In "Quagmire's Dad", Wally was present at Dan's naval ball and when they met up again, Wally told Dan that it must have been good for him to be surrounded by sea men again, as they grabbed a beer.
