Netflix is an American streaming service and production company that associates with other media companies, such as FOX, Disney, Paramount Television, Lionsgate, CBS, BBC, TBS, TNT, NBC, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Hasbro, Funimation, Sony, Warner Bros., Dreamworks, and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and streams their TV shows and movies on it's online service. The deal is that associate companies would get more people viewing their shows, since it's being broadcast to them in a more convenient manner, while Netflix would get a small portion of their profits. However, Netflix would eventually start making it's own money all by itself, by creating original content, which all became really popular.
