Michael Jackson was a famous African-American singer, dancer, and songwriter, who has gone down in history as one of the most famous rock legends to ever live. He is best known for the various songs he sings in such albums as Thriller, Off the Wall, and Dangerous. Back in the 1980's-90's, Michael Jackson was pretty much a musical god and everybody worshipped him for his almighty holiness. He is also a convicted pedophile, who sexually violated several underage little boys but we don't know if this is really true or not. It was pretty sad when he died, actually. That was a real bump.
In "Peter's Got Woods", a cutaway gag showed Michael Jackson saving the baby who was thrown off the balcony and that baby was Stewie. While all of the fans and camera crew mates were taking pictures and recording videos, Stewie was not looking very happy. He told Michael Jackson that he apparently needed to save his life for attention, since his recent music has gotten so bad. After getting sick of being dangled over the edge, Stewie yelled at him to stop and called him a "twisted fruit".
In "The Courtship of Stewie's Father", Peter and Stewie went to Disney World and saw a Michael Jackson movie in 3D. Michael Jackson then jumped out of the screen for real and Peter just thought it was really realistic CGI. Then, Michael Jackson grabbed a kid and ran off with him to sexually rape him.
In "Prick Up Your Ears", a cutaway gag showed Michael Jackson doing a commercial for Frosted Mini-Wheats Cereal. As a child, little Michael Jackson said "The kid in me likes the sugary side of Frosted Mini-Wheats Ceteal" and then it showed him as an adult, saying "But the adult in me likes the kid in me." Then Michael Jackson's adult self ran by and grabbed his kid self and ran away with him.

In "Ocean's Three and a Half", Brian mentioned "Billie Jean" as one of the many songs named after a girl.
In "420", Michael Jackson appeared during the song "Bag of Weed", where one of the lyrics was sung by Stewie, saying "When Michael Jackson needs a rush, he humps a guy like me." which featured him lying in bed with Michael Jackson after getting sexually molested by him. Michael Jackson was sitting next to him in bed, smoking a cigarette.
In "Brian Writes a Best Seller", a book by Michael Jackson was doing better than Wish It, Want It, Do It.
In "Road to the North Pole", Michael Jackson was pictured on the Blu-Ray cover of The Wiz, as his character, The Scarecrow.
In "The Hand That Rocks the Wheelchair", Stewie's evil clone making evil eyes at the camera and laughing is a reference to the end of the Michael Jackson music video, "Thriller".
In "Into Harmony's Way", Peter got heroin from the doctor that killed Michael Jackson. However, the writers didn't really do their research because the doctor who killed Michael Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray, is African-American but in the show, they just used a generic archetype of a doctor, who was depicted as Caucasian.
