Hong Kong Phooey Tubbs-Jones (formerly Quang Quang) is the adopted Chinese son of Robert Jones and Dee Dee Tubbs. He is a character from The Cleveland Show. He, along with a slew of characters from The Cleveland Show, made a cameo in the Family Guy episode, "No Giggity, No Doubt".
