Unable to tear himself away from his reflection, he crashes his car and the two are thrown into a vat of ice cream, which turns them back into his former fat self. He is surprised that his family and friends is still treating them right, especially Randall. He apologizes and the family becomes normal again.

Quotes[]

[In the comics section at Stop 'N Stop, Chris and Peter were reading comics]
Chris: [affectionately] Hehe, I love you, She-Hulk.
Peter: [chuckles] Oh, Garfield. You shouldn't be sticking your finger into that.
[The store's security guard then came up to Peter and Chris]
Cop: All right boys, I'm going to need those hams back.
Peter: What hams?
Chris: Yeah, we don't have any hams.
Cop: Lift up your shirts.
Peter/Chris: [while their shirts are lifted up] We need an adult! WE NEED AN ADULT!
Cop: [feels around under their shirts] You're not shoplifters. You're just a couple of fat guys. Hm, sorry about that, Fatty Fat Fatty. Hey, Tom, they're just fat guys! Aren't you, Fatty Sr. and Fatty Jr.? You're just big ol' fat guys. Here's some chocolate, fatsos.
Peter/Chris: [hurt by what the man said to them] Oh...thanks...

Brian: [in acupuncturist's office] Hey doc, you have to keep those two boxes right next to each other? [looks up, spots two boxes that read "Needles" and "Poison tipped Needles"]
Dr. Ling: Why? What do they say?
Brian: I think we're through here.

Peter: There's only one thing to do: learn the language of the fleas, earn their trust, then breed with their women and in time, our differences will be forgotten.
Lois: Call the damn exterminator!

Peter: Well, you might wanna bring some cash with ya, cos, you know, some places don't take credit cards.
[cutaway to Peter holding his credit card to a lemonade stand near the street pavement]
Girl: But, mister, I need real money. I can't take a credit card.
Peter: Oh, I see. Cash only, eh? No paper trail, eh? What are selling? Reefer? Crack? Schmack? Horse? Ex? Shroom? Dust? Meth? In my neighborhood? I don't think so!

Peter: Chris, this is one of the times I hate us being from a long line of husky Griffins. But hey it could be worse. We could be looking like your great-great-great uncle, Jabba the Griffin.
[cutaway]
Jabba the Griffin: Rasha naba doe-a gola wookie nipple pinchy!

Peter: [on a scale] Aw man. Fargs, this says I gained weight.
Randall Fargus: That's impossible; take off your shirt. [Peter lifts his tracksuit to his head; his fat folds wiggle a bit. A leg in red with a grey shoe appears underneath his abdomen] The hell is that? [Randall lifts Peter's belly flap, and Stewie falls onto the floor, rolling to the bath on the head]
Stewie: Ahhhhh...! Ogh-hah... Bovine lummox! Ugh-hah..ha-hah... Oh, God..!
Randall Fargus: How did he even get in there?

Randall Fargus: Okay, you might be lagging a little, but Chris has got to have lost somethin'.
[Chris crashes through the ceiling, being too fat to even be held up by the floor and lands in the living room]
Chris: Hi, Dad! Hi, Mr. Fargus!
Randall Fargus: Oh my God, Chris what happened?!
Chris: I tripped and fell. Watch!
[Chris gets up and starts walking again and trips on purpose, imitating the past event. Chris is so fat, that when he lands on the ground, he breaks right through and falls into the basement]
Randall Fargus: Okay, so maybe you're both lagging.

[Peter and Chris are at Broderick's liposuction clinic because they want to suck out fat from Chris]
Broderick Brown: This is a very safe procedure, son. You won't feel a thing. I'm like a Green Beret, you know, I sneak inside you and scope around, like it's Vietnam or something, and I'm sneaking through the bush, you know, and I get all the fat like the fat is my buddy stuck behind enemy lines or something, you know, and when I got all my buddies, I sneak out again. I'm very mysterious when I'm inside of you, like the wind. You know.

[Peter and Chris' slim shape debuts to his family]
Lois: I...eh...uh... How... Why...i...i...
Stewie: My God, it's finally happened. They've became so massive, they collapsed into themselves like a neutron star!

Meg: Wow, Chris, you look wicked skinny. I'm, like, totally jealous.
Chris: Aw, thanks, Meg. I'm jealous of your mustache.
Meg: I-I-I don't have a mustache...d-do I?
Lois: Honey, it's fine. It makes you look distinguished.

Stewie: Well then. Giddy up.

Brian: I like Hillary Clinton; I don't care what anyone says.

Peter: Knock knock!
Brian: Hey, pal, you can't just walk in here without - holy crap, it's Peter.
Chris: Wow Dad, you're pretty, like a girl.

Woman: Hi. I'm on a scavenger hunt, and I need a human foot.
Peter: Well, as a rule, I would say no but, okay, come in. [picks a hacksaw and begin to saw his leg] So-uh, so this is what, it's for, like a school project or som...AAAGH! AAAAGH! AAAGH! AAGH!

Stewie: Damn you ice cream! Come to my mouth! How dare you disobey me![women and baby come walking down the sidewalk] What are you looking at you... you infantile... stupid? That's right, damn you and such. You can... burn in hell...

Lois: Well Peter, Chris, I guess you two learned a pretty valuable lesson.
Peter/Chris: Nope.
Randall Fargus: Of course...

This is an reference to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and his famous Playboy Mansion parties. Stewie is called Griff by guest James Caan who punches a girl in the face, a reference to his history of playing violent characters as well as the fact that in 1980, Caan was charged with beating his ex-wife Sheila Ryan after she told him she planned to remarry.
