Douglas "Doug" George Whitty was a classy, aristocratic baby, who is rivals with Stewie. Like Stewie, Doug has a big wheel of his own, only his is much better. He first appeared in "Hotline Hot Mess" and made his final appearance in "The Candidate", where he was killed offscreen in a plane crash. He is voiced by Chris Parnell.
Biography[]
In "Hotline Hot Mess", Stewie missed Brian, after he moved to Spinazola Apartments and needed another friend that would be "classy" and "cultural". He decided to try and socialize with the other babies at Quahog Preschool. Stewie managed to climb the social ladder and get in with the "higher social class" students. One of those students was Doug, who became a great friend of his, fittingly replacing Brian. Stewie went to his fancy house and enjoyed everything about it. Stewie would often go golfing with him, because it was such a fancy thing to do.
In "Pal Stewie", Doug was invited to Hudson's party. Stewie became jealous of the fact that he wasn't invited to the party, despite the fact that everyone else was.
In "Island Adventure", Doug rode his trike past Stewie's house and told him about a puddle, he was going to drive through. He invited Stewie to join him and Stewie said he'd be there. Unfortunately, Stewie would later realize that his trike had been thrown away.
In "Movin' In (Principal Shepherd's Song)", Doug teases him about mowing the lawn, and Stewie retorts that he would have gotten to it sooner if Doug hadn't borrowed his lawnmower. Doug uses this opening to ask to borrow a shovel to dig to China, and later sends Stewie pictures of his success in indeed reaching China.
In "La Famiglia Guy", Their association begins to take a less-friendly tone when Doug attends Susie Swanson's christening party where he rubs his connections in Stewie's face including getting to sit at in a table for first graders. When Stewie attacks his parent's, Gene and Cheryl's, marriage trouble, the other kids come to Doug's defense, leaving Stewie with egg on his face.
In "The Marrying Kind", Doug stops by to rub his bachelorhood in Stewie's face, when he hears he married Zlata.
In "The Candidate", Doug ran against Stewie for class "snack captain" and relied on dirty tricks to beat him in the election, such as making slanderous posters about him and his diaper being full of crap, lying about him being involved with the January 6th Capitol Riots, and spreading some admittedly pretty convincing rumors about him being a "Whoops Baby". In the end, Doug lost because he got into a plane crash and died offscreen.
Appearance[]
Doug is a Caucasian male baby with fancifully shaped brown hair. He wears a blue shirt with white sleeve collars and a white pop collar. He also wears reddish pinkish board shorts and white socks and blue shoes.
Personality[]
Doug is a classy, intelligent, precocious aristocrat of a one year old baby boy. This causes him to be a bit narcissistic toward anyone, he deems lower than himself on the social scale.

When they appeared in "LASIK Instinct", it was learned that they live in seperate houses but still get along well enough to be in the same room together but really only when it comes to things like helping their injured son.
