Alan Wolf Arkin is an extremely old man who's in a bunch of movies with Peter Fark. He is bald, old, stinky, ugly, gross, and stupid. Everything he says is complete and total nonsense. He's also extremely old so he hasn't long for this Earth. He appeared in a cutaway gag from "Ocean's Three and a Half".
