Although this was clearly a lie, it turned out to be accidentally accurate. Hitler screamed and yelled, wondering how she could have found out and Hulk admitted that he might have been responsible for getting the word out, falsely blaming himself for Lois' "knowledge" on the event.

In "420", Carter made an anti-marijuana propaganda video which was live action footage of Adolf Hitler with jpegs of weed edited in and him dubbing over Hitler to make it look and sound like Hitler wanted to legalize marijuana in Germany, so that people would think it was a bad thing.

The Jew was naturally frightened and upset by this.

In "Cutawayland", The Griffins transported back to the very first ever cutaway gag in the series, which was mentioned before in "Death Has a Shadow", where Hitler was working out at Das Gym and getting jealous of a muscular Jew for doing better than him.
